Patton Basketball Night!

PATTON BASKETBALL NIGHT is this Friday, February 22 in the Patton Gym. The 8th grade Boys and Girls Basketball Teams will be playing a team of Patton Faculty and Staff. Gym doors open at 7pm. The chorus group will be singing the National Anthem and the Dance Team will be performing at half time.  There will be Raffles for ½ court shot with opportunity to win $100 gift card!! There will be 6th, 7th and 8th Grade Prize winners, plus anyone in attendance will also have an opportunity to win a Prize!! Admission is only $1 per person. Please come out to show your support to the Basketball teams and PTO by purchasing raffle tickets for ½ time shooting contests!! We look forward to seeing you Friday Night!! Go Hawks!!

Second Semester Picture Day

Picture day is Tuesday, February 26! Students were provided information during Prime Time. This is a pre-pay process – only those with form and payment will be photographed. If interested in this opportunity, please complete the registration information and have your son/daughter return with payment, or on-line Payment Code, when they come to school on the 26th. Additionally, there was a separate picture envelop provided all 8th grade students as well. This is related to the class picture that will be taken on this same day. The 8th grade students may purchase a copy of the class picture if they have the envelope with payment when the class picture is taken.

Art After School

Do you like to use your imagination? Would you like to spend more time in the art room with other creative kids? Then register for "Art After School"- an art activity club where you will have fun making things and become a better artist too! Each session will be four weeks in length, meeting on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:15 until 4:00, taught by MRS FERRON!  Click here for an informational flyer and registration form.

UCFSD Coat Drive

Ready to Clean out your Closets? Want to Help out a Great Cause? Then don't forget the UCFSD Community Coat Drive!! On Saturday December 15th, along with the Bike Drive, UCFSD Community Service gives away gently used warm coats, fleece jackets, hats, mittens/gloves and snow pants to local families in need. Donated items can  be dropped off in the lobbies of any of the UCF district schools until Thursday 12/14. Items should be clean and in good condition. All styles and sizes are needed. New items are also gladly accepted! Volunteers are needed to pick-up coats from the various schools during the drive, and to set up and assist families with selections on 12/15. If you would like to help out with the Coat Drive please contact Ann Ferentinos (Ann.Ferentinos@comcast.net or 610-558-0965)

Club 68 at Patton!

What is Club 68? Brought to you by the YMCA, it's a “New” Supervised Youth Activities Program which has a designed curriculum to help Middle School kids discover their passions and build lasting friendships. It's great for 6th graders not eligible for after school sports and is designed specifically for Patton Middle School Students. Participants must register at the YMCA but membership is not a requirement. Click here for an informational flyer.

Fall Festival and Dance!

The Patton Fall Festival and Dance is coming on Friday, November 9 from 2:30-5:00 for 6th grade and from 6:00-8:30 for 7th and 8th graders. The large caf will be a neon dance party, complete with an awesome DJ taking requests for today's hottest music, all in sync with extreme black lighting effects, fog machine and lasers, hundreds of glow items and decorations. There will be food and drinks with authentic carnival games in the gym. There will be a brand new photo booth equipped with Photoshop, cotton candy, a glitter tattoo artist and "Minute To Win It" competition. The cost is $10 per ticket (if paid in advance), $12 at the door and that price includes EVERYTHING. And Parents! Unionville Bike Drive

It's time for The 18th Annual Unionville Community Bike Drive! We will refurbish and clean bikes on Saturday October 27, 9:00am – 2:00pm at the Patton Middle School Cafeteria. This a great family project, also earn service hours. Questions? Contact Anne Jung (610) 388-2796.
